*HOUSE RULES* 1) Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am, Any complaints from neighbors will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay. 2) Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. If by any way our staff is offended or disrespected, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund. 3) Parties or get togethers are not allowed in this property without permission from host 4) Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. There is a $1000 fine strictly enforced per night (including use of marijuana, vapes or other illegal substances). 5) No unauthorized guest/visitors/pets. 6) No Garage Access. 7) Pet fees are $30 per pet per night. 2nd pet $20 per night, $100 per pet additional security deposit 8) PET RULES* - Must have rabies shot - Must always be on a leash when outside of the property - Must not make any excessive barking must be controlled - Must pick up your pets waste 9) Children under 2 have a required nightly fee of $15 when the guest count is more than 4, with that nightly fee a Baby Package Rental is Supplied (Pack N Play Crib, High Chair, Baby Monitor, Outlet Covers) (if under 4 guest Baby Package Rental is Supplied free of charge) (Must have 24 hour notice from check-in time to supply) 10) Parking is permitted up to 4 cars in the driveway any additional parkings must be paid for. One night stays are permitted with 3 cars in the driveway additional parking must be paid for. 11) Garbage must be placed out on curb Tuesday mornings and Friday mornings, otherwise in trash bin. All trash must be bagged and tied, any boxes must be flattened. DO NOT move trash bins to curb. 12) *HOA RULES*

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. 14)We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to any local FedEx or UPS office. 15) Rental Agreement required, must follow policies during stay.
