Warehouse space only to be used by renters except for restrooms in the front unless you are a bridal party. Requests considered for additional use of front room 200 sq ft including 2 additional hair and 3 makeup stations. Requests for additional space ( 3 makeup and 2 hair stations) in the front room considered with an additional fee. Do not make any copies of keys and access codes may not be shared. You will receive a unique access code with your appointment reminder 24 hours before. Please be advised that we do have a security camera monitoring the studio. FEES The Space Collective will charge a fee of $100/hour if you exceed your booked time. You will be allowed to enter immediately prior to your booking and must be leaving promptly at the end of your booked time frame to avoid any excess charges. Please take into consideration the time needed to set up and break down your event. Smoking of any sort in the building is a $400 fee. Damage to the walls or property damage will incur a fee of no less than $500. Your card used when booking, will be automatically charged if any of these circumstances arise. Our space must be returned and cleaned at the end of your booking to the condition it was when you arrived. All trash, decorations, etc. must be cleaned up and paced in one of the dumpsters located to the right or left outside our back door. RULES Regarding alcoholic beverages, The Space Collective does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to be drinking in our studio. You may not sell alcoholic beverages to your guests unless you have a licensed and insured bartender approved by The Space Collective prior to your event. Filming or/and producing of adult material such as pornography or any other illegal activity not allowed. WAIVER OF LIABILITY The Space Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking in case of emergency without notice. We will not be held liable for any consequential damages including any loss of business or profits. You will be held responsible for any actions or damages caused by any individuals or pets that you allow into The Space Collective. You agree to hold The Space Collective harmless as well as the landlords of our premises. You agree to waive any claims of injury, theft, damage or destruction, and release The Space Collective entirely. You understand that participation in the booking of The Space Collective, it may involve inherent risks, including risk of physical or psychological injury. FORCE MAJEURE. Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. You hereby acknowledge that you have carefully read the terms, conditions and agreement and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and fully discharge The Space Collective and all its affiliates, owners, managers, staff, attorneys, volunteers, agents or representatives from all claims or cause of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you otherwise must bring a legal action against The Space Collective for personal injury or property damage.
