About the Space

The Yard - A rugged, industrial space located in the Warehouse District of LA features views of DTLA's skyline & the 4th Street bridge. Paired with our vintage car setup, oil drum tower, and picnic set. The Yard provides multiple vantage points to maximize many look/styles you can capture in your shoot. The space also includes an elevated loading deck which can provide more unique looks for shooting, or double as extra space to store gear, equipment or craft services. Available for your use: - Staging area for background - Tables and chairs for background/crafty - Loading dock - Private restrooms - A large selection of equipment rentals available upon request

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We have sanitized the entire space. You will have access to the greenroom and hair and makeup rooms which have also been cleaned and are cleaned daily.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
