This location is a true treasure! The hosts Cody and Andrew were extremely responsive, accommodating, and beyond helpful. I've shot two separate music videos here both inside the space and outside. I found both exterior and interior sites to be effortless and even better than advertised. There is ample space to create whatever scenario you want and plenty of room to host talent. They have large fans to help you with temperature and numerous tables and chairs. Plenty of power outlets but I suggest bringing an abundance of stingers, splitters, etc. (due to the large space). I will definitely be coming back to this location!! It was a pleasure to be here and work with such nice and helpful people!

A great place for a photoshoot if you are going for an urban, gritty look. The graffiti looks great on camera, and the area under the loading doc gives you a natural scrim. The blue wall looks cool. The pallets look cool. The skateboard ramp and little mini backyard set looks cool. The on-site host is a gem. Super nice, shows up on time, good dude. MY ONE CAVEAT: This is NOT a location to shoot audio outdoors. Unless you have a full ADR budget, don't attempt it. So video can be shot - but audio, not so much. I still gave it five-stars (really should be 4.5) because of the experience and look, but hopefully they will strongly suggest people do not shoot video with sound outdoors here - between trains, trucks and dumpsters it was a challenge to say the least.
