- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disposable gloves

One of our favorite places conducting an all day meeting is at Peerspace. Roshonda is an excellent host ensuring all our needs are met, even when she knows she won't be there that day. Gail asked that I extend her gratitude for having the supplies. It was very much appreciated and worked so much better.

Rashonda is very responsive and welcoming! She accommodates our needs quite nicely. The meeting space was perfect for our needs, and I loved being able to store our snacks & drinks in the shared fridge. Would recommend if looking for something unique outside of the traditional hotel rental spaces.

This space is great, professional and Roshonda was wonderful at helping me feel prepared for my event. Not only was the room itself lovely but also the space for drinks and food if needed and easily accessible to anything else that's needed.
