Gorgeous outdoor Backyard setting with lush green decked with bright colorful flowers all around. The Gong Wind chime is music to the ears. The whole space is a photographer's dream. Perfect outdoor space to throw small private parties (25-35 people) . Beautiful serene backyard with more than 6-7 different sitting areas and each of them has its own focal point. The entire backyard is laden with lush bright flower colors. The backyard gets plenty of natural light and shade at multiple focal spots through out the backyard Also has an option of 2000 sq ft of open space to arrange tables chairs if you'd like to create a formal setting. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Prachi is an amazing host and very helpful. Her space is beautiful and accommodated our family gathering with ease. From the lighting to the karaoke and all the special additions, it was definitely a gathering that will be well remembered. I can’t express my appreciation and gratitude towards her enough. I highly recommend her and will gladly book again if we’re ever in San Jose.

The property is beautiful with lots of colors - flowers and greenery. The center near gazebo is truly picturesque and we had an amazing photo shoot . We’re considering this property also for our wedding celebration next year. It’s good for 40-45 people . The owner has all sorts of extra accessories needed to make an event successful. I’d definitely book here again

We booked this pool for a party the day before our wedding. Prachi was extremely helpful and informative before, during, and after the event. The space itself was furnished with everything we needed, with extra options for amenities for the party. Multiple guests complimented her for the vibe and decor. We will definitely be coming back if we decide to hold a large gathering again.

Prachi has a beautiful yard and was a wonderful host!! She was flexible with us and understanding and made every effort to communicate every step of the way! We would definitely recommend her space for any event!! I also love all of the amenities she offered which were convenient. Thank you for a beautiful afternoon!

It was soo amazing ! I booked for 15 people and Everything was beautiful and spacious, the pool was deep enough for many people to swim! This place was worth every cent and more 💕 the host was soo kind and super accommodative, definitely go with this place for your party!

Prachi is a great host. She is very accommodating and helpful. We had a party in her backyard and everybody enjoyed to their fullest. Absolutely loved how the lights, and everything was setup. Would definitely recommend and love to book this space for next event.

Prachi was a wonderful host. She was considerate, helpful, transparent and communicative. She responded quickly for changes or requests and was very considerate throughout the event by helping us setup and provide recommendations throughout. Highly recommend the space for a small gathering.

Great space to host a party especially since booking hotels/venues can get very expensive. Peeyu was helpful and suggested a lot of ideas to help host my husband's 30th birthday party! You can rent music system, tables, cooler, blankets, table cloth, heaters, fire pits etc from her. If you are on a budget, be wary that the little things can add up so plan what you need to rent out in advance. Also any additional hour for prep, set up & clean up is also chargeable, so if you are on a budget try to be strict with your timing. There were no restrictions on playing music or making noise upto 10 pm which was great cause my group had a blast at the venue. A washroom is accessible for your guests through a side entrance which is kept very clean. Make sure your guests are informed about closing the house entrance to the washroom at all times so that the host does not have trouble later with insects, animals etc.
