About the Space
Roomy Brooklyn apartment with great natural sunlight, brick wall, and beautiful interior styling. Living room and bedroom receive bright indirect sunlight and boast a mix of contemporary and vintage styling with bold shapes, finishes, and color. The apartment also houses lots of different plants, additional small objects as props, mostly vintage glassware and decor for use. Handheld steamer, clothing rack, and table for makeup, equipment, props, etc. available upon request. Feel free to message if you have any additional questions. Looking forward to hosting you! Please inquire about rates for shoots that require a crew above 12 people and/or 24hr access.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Alex's space was stunning and perfect for our shoot. Herself and her roommate were friendly, accommodating and had very clear rules. Very, very communicative! Quarters are pretty tight so I wouldn't recommend it for a big crew.

Alex and her roommate are so welcoming! Did my first staging shooting at their beautiful place! Unfortunately my photographer didn’t show up and I end up taking pictures of my own using my phone. Im not good at taking pictures and I’m so so sooo glad Alex helped and gave me some tips and tricks on how to take a product photo and after.. pictures came out pretty great and exactly what I needed and realized I didn’t need my photographer after all lol..

Amazing space and bigger than expected! We had a video shoot here and it fit a bunch of us no problem. We were able to set up multiple stations. Every piece of decor and detail of the space is so cute and exactly what we needed! Alex is a super helpful, accommodating host. 10/10 recommend!

Hands down the best experience I've had with renting space through peerspace! It was a pleasant experience. I used the apartment to film scenes for my project and it was so peaceful, it took some of the anxiety off. The host is accommodating and warm. An overall great experience. Will use it again!

Alex was an amazing host and her space is gorgeous!! I've used her space 3 times for photoshoots, and she has plenty of different places to "stage" photoshoots with a variety of beautiful backgrounds and props. I always feel like I get a lot of great content here! Can't wait to book again!
