About the Space

Come and visit our beautiful and newly renovated studio space! The perfect area for dance classes, yoga classes, meetings, photography, small events, videography and anything else you can think of. We’re just as open minded as you so if you think it we can do it ☺️ Being only a few minutes from Galveston Bay as well as attractions like Kehma Boardwalk & Space Center Houston, our studio is the perfect addition to any plans of creating content in the area.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Kristie was very responsive and professional. Very pleasant person to work with. The space was perfectly utilized for its size. Well done on that. Space can be difficult to work with and they definitely succeeded in making it an efficient spot! So many looks to do in a space like this. Very versatile! I used a model for Boudoir to try out the place for the first time.. see what angles we could get where, what lighting was like, etc and I was NOT disappointed 😊 thanks so much and I'll definitely be back!
