About the Space
Located in Battle Ground village, which has somewhat of a French Quarter/New Orleans feell. We have over 1500 sqft of space. There are 3 studios that each offer something unique, but all go together for your larger photo shoot or photography workshop. The whole space is also great for events such as bridal and baby showers or work parties! The Grand Studio greets you when you walk in the doors. It has 25ft vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, and industrial concrete floors. Also located on the main level is the White studio which has all white floors, ceiling, and walls. It can double as a food prep area with prep counter and 2 sinks. Up the first set of stairs is the hair and makeup station loft which can be utilized or cleared out for seating or other needs. The second set of stairs leads to the Loft Studio. Scandinavian inspired modern wood floors and ample natural light, as well as access to a gorgeous Mezzanine balcony. All studios have additional props to support your photo shoot needs. We recommend booking the whole space if you’re wanting to utilize each studio during your photo shoot, have an all day photography workshop you plan on hosting, or just want to have the entire studio to yourself. General Rules
We appreciate you booking our place. Below is a general overview of some of our policies and restrictions so we can ensure all renters have an enjoyable experience. All of the terms and conditions governing your use of the Studio and the other aspects of our business relationship are at the terms and conditions link below. The terms and conditions contain limitations on our liability and other important provisions allowing us to provide the Studios at the price we do. It is a legal document governing your reservation and rental of the Studio so some of the language is necessarily “legalese”, but we have tried to make it as readable as possible. Reservation
Your rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. RESERVATION TIME MUST INCLUDE SET UP, BREAK DOWN, AND CLEAN UP. The Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period to respect our fellow creative’s time and efforts. We will begin charging an additional fee for every minute you go over your reservation time. Please see our "Late Fee" section at the bottom of this agreement.
*STAY IN the studio you have reserved. We do have active security cameras and if you decide to use other studios during your rental that you did not reserve, you will be charged for a "Rent the Whole Space" rate instead of the 1 studio rate you have booked. Just because there is not another renter in the space when you are there, doesn't mean one will not be coming in shortly or that we have not set up that studio space for another renter later in the day. Please be respectful and only use the studio you have paid for.
Cancelling or Changing Your Reservation
You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 3 hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting [email protected] Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Your credit will expire 18 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 2 hours of the start time of your reservation are not permitted.
Restrictions
• All children must be supervised at all times.
• Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces.
• Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited.
• Nails, tacks or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If tape is used, it must be painter’s tape.
• Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows and air take vents. Projects involving smoke machines must have our approval prior to reserving the Studio.
• No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs.
• Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio.
• Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of Renter and its vendors to set up, breakdown, and move equipment and other items within the Studio.
• Renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party.
• Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.
Boudoir Photography
Tasteful boudoir photography is permitted with our prior permission. Please reach out to [email protected] to discuss. Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Please keep in mind that the Studios have large windows to allow ample light in the space. We do have changing areas and some screens for some privacy, but keep in mind other businesses and people will be around outside.
Damage and Cleaning
You are responsible for any damage to the Studio including spills, scratches, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures, floors, or painted surfaces. The Studio and all furnishings and equipment therein must be left clean and in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Trash should be in trashcans, equipment returned to its proper place, and any larger trash disposed of in the outside dumpster. If the Studio is not in the same condition when rented, Renter agrees to pay, as applicable (i) a minimum of a $100 cleaning fee (based on the amount of time required to clean the Studio at a rate of $100 per hour); and (ii) the cost to repair and replace any damage done to the Studio and the furnishings and equipment therein caused the Group.
Once you access the Studio, if you feel there is damage to any of the furnishings, equipment, or Studio we should be aware of, please contact us immediately.
Event Reservations
If you are booking an Event, please be sure to read the Event-specific terms in the link below and be sure to provide us with an insurance certificate 14 days prior to your Event.
Late fees:
The guest that books the space will be assessed a late fee. The late fee is calculated by how many minutes past the original reservation the guest or The Group associated with the event leaves the space. The rate is $10/minute every minute past the original reservation. The card on file will be charged the late fee the following day.

We have a security camera that monitors the front entrance and most of the studio space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We offer disinfecting cleaning products in all studios/spaces for renters needs. We also have UV disinfecting lights to disinfect couches and bed and other soft surfaces that aren't easily cleaned by spray cleaner. We wash and disinfect all used linens regularly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
