Turn of the Century Craftsman with Guest House/Coach House. Home retains its original details with some modern flair. Original tulip stained glass and original refinished wood throughout the house including stunning wood beam ceilings on main floor. Huge dining room has an original built-in china hutch, wainscoting, plate rail, and window seat. Original sliding pocket door divides the dining and living rooms. Original brick fireplace mantle in sitting room. French doors off of living room. Bright vintage style, one of a kind kitchen designed by television interior designer that boasts a refurbished mid-century Wedgewood stove with double oven and a 1956 GE refrigerator paired with a modern stainless steel dishwasher. Large master with en-suite complete with copper tub. Front porch, butterfly garden, lemon trees.

Leslie was a wonderful host. She was very responsive with our questions. The space is a little small, but was perfect for our commercial shoot. I would definitely use this space again.
