About the Space
Our tranquil triangle is nestled in the forests of Idyllwild, CA, and is unlike any other! With dirt road access, you'll embark on a wild (and bumpy) ride to start your adventure in paradise. Your only worries will be whether to enjoy the spectacular sunset views by the hot tub, or while using the Traeger wood pellet BBQ on the new back deck. Perhaps you'd prefer getting cozy in front of a roaring stove, or maybe even by the double hammocks down below. The Lazy A-Frame is a truly magical escape! Perfect for your photo shoot!

Parking description
The cabin is at the end of a private dirt road, you can line up probably 3 to 4 cars. Additional parking can be found on the main paved street which is about an 800 feet from the cabin.
General Rules
In order to shoot at our home, productions must provide us with the following before the shoot day :
- Certificate of insurance
- Refundable day-off security deposit of $1000 against damages for still photo shoots.
- Furniture can only be moved with owners approval
- No smoking inside
- No Alcohol or drugs. The use of illegal or illicit drugs or the consumption of alcohol on the premises at any time during the shoot day by any individual associated with the shoot shall be grounds for immediate shut down of production
- No food and drink inside. Water is ok
-Every production member is required to properly wear face mask inside
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is a video doorbell at the front of the cabin.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaner come in and sanitize and clean in between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
