About the Space
The space can be used as a 70’s chic hair salon or Elvis inspired Vintage Barbershop . Also available for a dance party, art gallery. There is a 40inch functioning disco ball, a chandelier and removable track lights. It is located in sunset historic weho close to the guitar center which is a rock-n-roll historic block. There has been several different filming productions on the block.

Ambient noise description
We are on a busy Street (Sunset). There is no noise from appliances and our neighbors can only hear us when we have a loud DJ party. No complaints have been made in the 8 years we have been occupying the space.

There is a loading zone on Sunset Blvd. We also have access to the alley via back door but there are 5 steps down from the alley.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. The whole block can be used for filming. Cannot use AC if doors are left open. Removal of any items must be approved.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Art on the wall is allowed to be removed or moved around by depending on the art work. If it is heavy we require professional removal and responsibility of damage.
Smoke machines are allowed

We are a hair salon therefore must follow state guidelines for disinfection with or without Covid. We have a fully vaccinated staff.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer

- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
