About the Space
This 600sqft studio comes with a fully functional kitchenette, bathroom--shower only, and sizable closet that can flex as a space for makeup/wardrobe for your project. Entry to the space is from the french doors with glass paneling which are positioned under a 4ft awning with a clear plastic roof liner which can allow lots of natural light. There are curtains covering the doors on the interior to block out said natural light should need be. Upon entry to the space you find yourself in the main quarters which is about a 10x10ft room with 12ft ceiling that has a skylight and one additional 1.5ft rectangular window. This space is ideal for social media interviews, commercials, short films and more.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
