About the Space
Our space is located on the 17th floor of the Trinity Building the Financial District of Manhattan next to the Trinity Church at the head of Wall Street. The building is surrounded by an eclectic mix of parks, hotels, restaurants, and shops. Neighborhood has the biggest tourist attractions with close proximity to the World Trade Center, NY Stock exchange, Oculus & World Financial Center. Easy access via private or public transportation and amazing views.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

There was some confusion when we first arrived because Nikki forgot to tell anyone that we had rented the room. But once that was resolved, the space was great and Monika was wonderful as our onsite person.

The Entire team at this space was excellent in every way. They were communicative from the day I booked all the way until I gave the key back and the event was over . From Nikki, to Monica to Dr. S, they all genuinely want your event to be successful and run smoothly. They made access to the space very easy for our guest as well. There is security at the front, which helps make entering the building professional and organized. At this point, I will ONLY rent space in NYC from them as long as they have availability! Thanks again for continuing to be awesome and providing a seamless experience. We truly appreciate you all.

The space is really amazing in a really beautiful part of the city. We were doing a fashion show and just had hoped for a bit more. They were communicative but there were two conflicting sides. When we had gotten into the space, the dimmers didn’t work and neither did one of the blackout curtains which was essential to the show. It really was a mixed bag.
