About the Space
Lancaster, directly off of 110th st west. South of hwy 138, east of the poppy reserve. A marvel movie was just filmed in this area. We were recently found by a location scout for a music video. We really enjoyed the experience. A grammy winning artist and well known production company was happy with our hosting. We had probably 50+ cars here, 4 large trucks, and two 45 foot long star trailers. For filming and basecamps we are very convenient. Our location offers a rare opportunity to fool your audience into thinking you're somewhere else. We have 5 neighbors in 5 miles. The back 2.5 acres of our property is empty pasture, with vast valley and mountain views offering no obstructions. Stunts often performed down 110th, so permits should be easily obtained. The horses were also used in the last shoot. I'm a professional Horse Trainer and Catch Rider. If you need horses or riders for your video, that can also be arranged. This can be your one stop shop! A huge bonus in spring time? We are surrounded by poppies when there isn't a drought from April-June. But if you're looking for a vast open country setting.. with easy access to 110th for stunts/driving scenes. This is your place. We are open to basecamps and filming opportunities.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Tony was a phenomenal host and was incredibly gracious, kind, and helpful throughout the entire production process. His picturesque location was an ideal shooting location for our short film. The desert environment around it makes for magnificent world building and there really is a magic here that cannot be replicated anywhere else. Would 1000% book again!
