This private 10 acre outdoor atmosphere is a uniquely awe-inspiring place for a wide array of media and film productions, including photography shoots, music videos, content creation space and social media staging. From Podcasts, TikTok and YouTube videos, to "you name it" live experiences. Our outdoor space is customizable with the limits of your imagination and budget, offering a perfect natural setting for any media production phase or event. During the winter months, eye-catching garden domes are available for an additional rental fee, to experience outdoors inside with a 360 clear view.. Each are able to accommodate up to eight people comfortably. - Outside Vendors are allowed - No open flames allowed - All alcohol must be served by a TABC certified bartender - No loud music after 2:00 am - No Pets Allowed. - No Rain Backup - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask as well as appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our outdoor pavilion. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages to pavilion, concreted area or outdoor space will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti can be used.
