- Outside Vendors are allowed with prior approval. Please contact host first. - Outside food and/or catering is allowed with prior approval. - All alcohol must be served by a TABC certified bartender - No loud music after 1:00 am - No Pets Allowed. - No Rain Backup - We are strictly an outdoor space, no inside spaces are available - Property must be left in the condition it was provided. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - Guests must sign waivers - Remove garbage/trash of all types and add new lining to garbage cans. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. - No staying past checkout time unless prior written approval by host is provided. - Not allowed to have more guests than stated in your reservation. - Wood burning fire pits are to be lit by host only - Any event should be discussed prior to booking. - No disturbances, especially after 12am. - Main organizer must be present throughout the use and must check in prior to departure. ALCOHOL/MARIJUANA All laws must be adhered to. Irresponsible consumption of alcohol or drugs and/or intoxication will not be tolerated. No illegal substances, or dangerous conduct permitted. Hard alcohol will be monitored. Rental will be cancelled immediately with no refund. Exercising good judgement will ensure a great time for all. BOOKING All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up. Please do not arrive early. We assign staff to support booking for the exact time you have booked our space. Our outdoor venue will open at precisely the booking start time. If you anticipate needing access earlier or later than contracted time, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible so that we can arrange to extend your booking and line up staff with the appropriate fees. CATERING Clients are welcome to bring their food and beverage of their choice. However, if a client or vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example, taco cart, bar, etc.) we require guests to let us know in advance as additional fees, permits, and corresponding insurance apply. Outside vendors or caterers must be approved by host. Host must be added as additionally insured with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage. Listed as covered on policy is Demetrica Williams, VENDORS/DROP-OFF’S All vendor deliveries or any other drop-off’s must occur within the event hours. Accommodations for early drop off’s, late or next-day pickups may be arranged for an additional fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups requests for DAY OF event. An additional fee will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date and time of the booking. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. PRICING We reserve the right to quote custom rates based on the intended use of the space and during peak times. We offer special packages related to wedding themed events. PARKING Please do not block driveways. Parking is allowed in one designated area. CLEANING Cleaning (clean up) fee is not included in the hourly rate. Inquire for rates for large groups of over 150. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask as well as appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. DAMAGES Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, tape or penetrating items may be used to attach or a fix anything to the outdoor pavilion. Damages to pavilion, concreted area or outdoor space will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please communicate with us if anything is destroyed or damaged during your event. We preform a walk through prior and following each event. TRASH Renter must remove Any trash to designated space prior to departure. We ask that you respect the space. MISCELLANEOUS - No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. - No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. - No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed near the pavillion area. - Please do not loiter outside the gate before, during, or after the event.
