Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Studios are thoroughly disinfected every morning and night by staff. Staff also completes full disinfecting routine before and after every session. Mask are encouraged in shared spaces. Hand sanitizer and mask available for guests at front desk.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
This is a creative workspace and podcast studio located directly in the heart of downtown Atlanta. We are dedicated to creatives who are looking to film high quality content while networking with their peers. We provide our clients with industry standard podcasting equipment (ie., Shure SM7B mics, Godox Lights, Zoom Audio Mixers, etc.) experienced videographers along with an exclusive editing lab at a very affordable price. Our ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between the creative and the necessary platforms to help catapult their careers.

Parking description
We are located between Peachtree Street, Woodruff Park, and Georgia State University Campus. Therefore, there is an ample amount of street and covered garage parking available for guests.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
We have professional industry lighting, (ie, GODOX lights, NEEWER lights, additional colored LED lights, and more).
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
No noise from neighbors. We are located in a very quiet warehouse area.

Equipment loading description
We have multiple loading zones and ramps in the front of the building.
Staging area is available
We have a private room available upon request.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Any space outside of the 2000 Sq Ft unless additional space is booked.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Each studio is equipped with plenty of internal and external power sources.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Food and Drink
Food and drinks are only allowed in the receiving area. Only water is allowed in the studio. Any spills that cause damage to the studio or equipment will be charged to the client.
Smoking and Alcohol
Alcohol is not permitted inside the studio.
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio. Please reach out to the Sound Engineer/Studio Staff to assist you.
Illegal Substances
Illegal substances are not allowed in the studio. Any Client or guests found to be under the influence of any illegal substance, or displaying any behavior deemed unprofessional by the Studio Staff will be asked to leave. This would also cause termination of agreements and possible loss of future contracts with our studio. The client will still be charged for the booked session to compensate for time loss, damages and inconvenience caused by the incident.
Trash
Please help us keep the area neat and clean. Do not leave food or trash in and outside the studio. Please make sure to clean up placing all trash in the bins provided. Please make sure to leave the studio clean and in order.
Explicit Content
The Recording Studio have the right reject recording or filming explicit content.

Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and décor can be rearranged if client request at least 48hrs before booking.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras that cover the entire perimeter of the building. We also have cameras inside of the building at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
