The Studio Lounge is a bookable indoor lounge area perfect for cocktail hours, small-to-medium private group events, and other team outings. Located in the heart of San Francisco's FiDi North, the space is easily accessible for groups of all kinds. The Studio Lounge is a private indoor lounge with a full pantry, seating, banquettes & bistro tables that can accommodate up to 100 guests. Booking Details: Weekday bookable hours are 4:00pm to 9:00pm inclusive of setup & breakdown time Weekend bookable hours of 12:00pm - 10:00pm inclusive of setup & breakdown time Minimum 2 hour booking required weekday, 4 hour minimum required weekend All relevant vendor licensing & permits to be obtained by the event host prior to the event Booking rate is $2,000/hour weekday, $3,000/hour weekend

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
