*PLEASE NOTE* - We have 12 colored seamless backdrops. They are free to use as long as they dont get damaged or stepped on with shoe prints. We charge $6 per feet that is damaged. Flat walls are also available but need prior notice to be set up. Our space is an open concept warehouse designed just for your creative ambitions! Whether you're into filming, photography, black box theater plays, workshops, or events, we've got you covered. You'll love our grid system that lets you easily hang lights, curtains, and cool decorations to set the perfect mood. Plus, our place is air-conditioned and heated, so you'll stay comfy while you work on your projects. Parking won't be a problem with our huge parking lot, and we even have a special alley to help you bring in all your gear, cars, or big stuff hassle-free. Studio dimensions: Warehouse Gate: 9'4" wide & 9ft. high. Warehouse Area: 39' x 21'7" x 13' Hallway Area: 18'1" x 4'3" x 11' Creative Room: 17'5" x 11'2" Bathroom Area: 9'3" x 6'7" x 8'

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The cleaning fee will cover the removal of trash from the bathroom, kitchen, and warehouse studio. The cleaning fee does not cover any damages or scuffs on the walls, floors, or doors.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
