There are large windows in most areas to allow for plenty of natural light. Rooms can be darkened mostly by blinds.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
It is possible sometimes to hear a neighbors dog. The street can hardly be heard, but it is next to Hayden Rd, tucked away. The A/C can be heard when it turns on.

There is no loading zone, and the space probably cannot accommodate heavy equipment.

Unsure of the power rating of the space. There are plenty of outlets, and the breaker is in the backyard.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is $150, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. If linens are being used cleaning fee is $200
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
No glitter or confetti can be used. No Smoking inside or outside the home. No Pets. No Parties (occupancy limited to the number of guests listed).
There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
The front door has a Ring Doorbell with video facing the street. It is only activated when it senses motion outside the front door.
There is a noise decibel monitor in the backyard that reports loud noises but does not record any audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
For your wellness and safety, a professional cleaner is hired between bookings and high touch surfaces including (but not limited to) door knobs, remotes, light switches, faucet handles are disinfected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
