About the Space
Our space is perfect for commercial & editorial photography. For model portfolio building. Engagement, headshots & magazine editorials. Our studio is just under 500 square feet, with a massive rooftop space accessible by a few stairs. We also have a large bathroom. We have plenty of space for hair and makeup and backdrops. Our urban space is located approximately 15-20 from NYC/ Holland Tunnel. We also have a 5 acre idyllic farmhouse setting with many gorgeous English gardens. The home is available for bookings and is listed on Peerspace with many photos for inspiration. We are also can provide fashion & prop styling if needed.

Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis
We permit people to not wear masks but leave it up to our clients discretion and the safety guidelines at the time of booking
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
