The Cambie room is a meeting space with an exceptional view of the North West of Vancouver's breathtaking landscape: From its windows, you can admire the North Shore Mountains, False Creek, the Burrard Street Bridge, out to English Bay and Granville Island. It is the perfect room for executive meetings, equipped with everything you need for a successful reunion with clients, a counselling session, or a group training. Our professional administrative team can organize the requirements for your meetings, greet your clients or assist with catering and coffee upon request. Our boardrooms and private offices have: • High-speed internet connection • Telephone line, fax line, and conference call options • Reception and administrative services available • Stationary and office supplies • Easy access to printers, scanners, and common areas • Catering and coffee services upon request You can place your bookings per hour or per day for a special rate, and enjoy the space we have tailored for you. At our business center, we love to watch our client's companies thrive! And to support your operations, we offer highly flexible and customizable office accommodation options and administrative services, virtual packages, and full-time offices.

Parking description
The Broadway Plaza building has an underground Parkade that can be accessed just off of Ash Street. The Parkade is operated by ImPark. There are occasionally some parking spots around the area.
 
General Rules
Common Area video surveillance. No surveillance in any private office or room. No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. Please notify us in advance if you need catering or an arrangement for your office or meeting.
 
All ages are allowed in the space
 
Security cameras and recording devices
 
Recording devices cover the shared spaces: Kitchen, halls, reception area. There are no recording devices in any of our offices or boardrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Clean and thoroughly sanitize common areas and boardrooms after use, cleaning and garbage removal after meetings and after hours.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

No, I would not book again.

The people at the desk were kind and helpful, but we had several issues with the room that were out of their control. The room was freezing for most of the day with an air conditioner blasting on a cloudy day - we finally had to ask them to turn it off but it was irritating to have to interrupt our meeting to go down and ask as there was no control in the room. The floor with the board room had a strange smell - it smelled like cigarette smoke or mold, not sure, but it was not pleasant. The wifi cut out repeatedly throughout the day to the point where we could not complete our timely work in accounting systems online. We understand that the problem was with Telus or whatever provider, but that never happens to any of us at home or at other offices, and we lost crucial paid hours due to the fact that for a few hours the wifi for the board room was completely down. Since we paid over $300 for the whole day and need all the hours, there should have been a back up solution for the missing wifi when that was a part of the deal and what we paid for.
