Our Meeting Rooms are ideal to meet clients and business partners in a place that is professional & quiet. The rooms (depending on the choice) offer seating up to 20 people, and are furnished with conference table, whiteboard, large monitor, and fast Wifi. Reaching our location is easy because we are centrally located in the heart of Downtown Burien. We are close to lots of restaurants, and many other services. We are also close to bus transit and a short 5 minute walk to the transit center. The drive from SeaTac airport is approximately 8 minutes. There is plenty of free parking on our lot. The room can be reserved ahead of time and it is available for after hours and weekend usage as well. General pricing starts at $29/hr depending on size of the room. Price includes taxes, fees and everything else. Large Meeting/Event Room Our larger room (capacity 30 people) can also be rented for classes, workshops and other events. The large room is available after 6pm weekdays and all day on weekends. $250 first 2 hours (minimum selection) then $125 each hour afterwards. Price includes taxes, cleaning and everything else.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
