Designed for seamless events, we offer flexible seating arrangements to accommodate meetings, breakout sessions, and group discussions. A 50” TV with HDMI and high-speed WiFi ensure smooth presentations and virtual connections. Our fully-equipped kitchen with a 9-foot concrete island is perfect for coffee breaks, catering, or networking. Convenient access with a double-door entrance, freight elevator for easy load-in, and nearby parking and transit makes hosting effortless. Our space is professionally cleaned between bookings, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen areas, and restrooms. We ask that guests respect the space and leave it in the same condition they found it. If any spills or messes occur during your booking, please clean them up promptly to help us maintain the studio’s high standards for all visitors. If you have any concerns or notice anything out of place upon arrival, feel free to reach out. We want to ensure you have the best possible experience!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
