About Monterey GlassWorks
The space is a production Glassblowing Studio one block off the ocean on the Monterey Peninsula. We make commissioned art and installation pieces. We also have a small showroom and conference space for classes and design session. We different types of private and corporate events: - classes and pubic events - group events - parties - corporate events - artist demos - photoshoots We are happy to allow photographers looking for industrial space to use ours after hours, or during working hours if they are looking for an industrial background providing it does not interfere with operations. We have approximately 800 sq ft of reconfigurable storefront up front which is used to host events, classes, etc.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are a glassblowing facility. The areas are separated between observation areas and working areas with painted floor markings. We provide masks for both areas. In the working areas we provide both glassblowing safety gear (eyewear, hearing, gloves where applicable) and covid related safety gear (individual mouthpieces for blowpipes). All gear/benches/equipment are whipped down between use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
