- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This venue was absolutely perfect for my networking breakfast! Sara patiently answered all my questions in advance and arranged for me to walk through the space before my rental started to ensure the configuration was set up according to my specifications. Gustavo was also so wonderful and met me at the crack of dawn to unload supplies from my car and hang up signage! Plus, the space itself is fun, has a lot of natural light, and is very clean. Highly recommend!!
