About the Space
Studio is a beautifully designed and fully functional flexible real estate solution in San Francisco. Our SOMA board room can fit up to 16 guests at the table, not including benched seating. The room offers LogiTech Rally Bars with audio and video capabilities on an 80" TV for amazing video conferencing experiences, has privacy with the monitor facing away from passersby, and has sound reducing foam on the ceiling & walls for additional privacy. The room is perfect for video conferences for 5-16, private meetings, depositions, small conferences, and trainings or off sites.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Beautiful space that was perfect for our team's workshop. The A/V was super easy to use for one of our colleagues who couldn't join in person. We set up a Zoom and we were good to go! There were 2 managers onsite to answer any questions and help out with set-up. They had everything we needed. Will definitely use this space again. Thank you!

My team and I had a fantastic experience with Michelle and her team. Communication was timely and helpful, access to the room was easy, and the room itself was perfect for our meeting. Michelle provided some excellent catering recommendations as well!

Booked this for a client meeting based off of other reviews and so glad we did. The team said it was even better than the pictures and perfect for our event, which included a presentation, discussion and lunch. Communication with the property manager was so easy - she promptly answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations for local catering.
