Space offers natural lighting with a modern contemporary feel. Great location with free public parking on the street. Our staff is on site to ensure a seamless experience. Rental times should include your team's set-up and breakdown times. Before your event we ask that you provide your guest list. We look forward to hosting your event. Monday-Friday $100.00/hr Saturday-Sunday $150.00/hr must book minimum 2 hours on weekends.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
