- 1. Music Volume: Please keep music volume to a minimum after 10pm, unless explicitly permitted by local laws, zoning regulations, or obtained permits. - 2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. - 3. Insurance and Permits for Vendors: All guests must secure additional insurance and obtain valid permits for any vendors utilized during their stay. - 4. Rental Period: The rental includes time for both setup and teardown. - 5. Furniture Movement: Furniture must be restored to its original location post-use. Failure to comply will result in an additional fee of $50 per hour for rearrangement. - 6. Equipment Removal: Guests are responsible for the removal of all personal equipment or materials by the end of their booking period. - 7. Filming Permits: Productions must present valid filming permits before accessing the location. It is the production's responsibility to comply with permit regulations. Lack of permits resulting in a shutdown will lead to indemnification of the homeowner and location agency from any arising damages. - 8. Food and Beverage Consumption: Consumption is restricted to designated areas only. Please consult the homeowner or site representative for guidance. - 9. Sale of Alcohol or Cannabis: Selling alcohol or cannabis is prohibited without appropriate permits. - 10. Alcohol Consumption: Permitted only in compliance with local laws, zoning requirements, and necessary permits. - 11. Neighbor Privacy: Please respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors at all times. - 12. Parking Restrictions: Avoid street parking where prohibited and do not block neighbors' driveways, even temporarily. - 13. Security Deposit: A separate contract is required for the security deposit, collected independently from the booking platform. - 14. Crew Size: Exceeding the maximum crew size without prior written consent from the property owner is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the security deposit if not corrected within a reasonable timeframe. - 15. Overtime Billing: Additional time beyond the agreed period will incur double the standard rate. - 16. Grass Areas: Minimize walking on grass areas, except as necessary for specific scenes. - 17. Trash Removal: The producer is accountable for clearing all trash and debris from the location after the project's conclusion. A charge of $220 per container will be charged for removing trash after production. - 18. Wall Damage Prevention: Only use wall-safe adhesives. The use of damaging materials like glue or tape is prohibited. - 19. Protective Measures: Implement protective boards or padding in high traffic areas and where equipment is placed. - 20. Damage Assessments: Walk-throughs for damages will be conducted in daylight the following day to ensure thorough inspection. Arrangements for this assessment should be made during production hours.
