About the Space

This home is used for work, play and living! Fully renovated inside and out! Feel free to contact me for a walkthrough / scout. A bright classic modern style home located in the Carson Park / South of Conant Area. Inside you'll find 1500 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a modern, relaxed aesthetics. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright all-white and black marble kitchen, a dining room table that seats four and a well-appointed living room that creates an open environment. Easy for camera & lighting setups! The master bedroom has a king sized bed with access to a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with clean lines. The guest bathroom all the necessary vanity. One of the rooms is currently in process of being turned into an office! The back of the home has a professionally laid 4-hole putting green with a gas firepit to go along the side. There is a seating area with plenty of shade in addition to an outdoor dining table. It is perfect for talent holding, storing equipment, wardrobe, hair/makeup or can be used for shooting as well. There is also a 2 seat golf cart that can be rented for any production. This will require insurance / necessary paperwork The entire home has neutral wood plank floors. We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
