About the Space

This sweet community run Yacht Club is perfect for small indoor shoots or use the indoor holding area for your beach shoots, too. Use the full area for filming. Nautical vibe, low key, wooden docks, docks in the background, pretty views, secluded. Main clubhouse with kitchen, outdoor deck. Perfect for production. We advise that you scout. Security deposit: $1500/day Parking lot Secured locked gate

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Such a stunning location! Perfect backdrop for our photoshoot. The team and myself loved it. Claudia and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. A seamless and easy experience all around. We will certainly be back and would love to work with Claudia again on future bookings.
