About the Space

Our versatile kitchen stage is conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan and features interchangeable magnetic countertops and cabinets for a completely customizable finish. The kitchen is fully functional, and includes two ovens (+one in the prep kitchen), two fridges, and a gas range stovetop built into a rolling island counter! This set also includes an adjacent work room with a dishwasher to keep your shooting space clean and efficient! With a working gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and a full-service prep kitchen located in-house, you’ll have everything you need to get cooking! EXAMPLES OF TYPICAL STUDIO USES: Cooking Show, Product Photography, Reciple Book Masterclass, Commercials, etc.

General Rules

CYCLORAMA: All crew members are required to wear booties on the cyc floor. Heels are not allowed on the cyc. ELECTRICITY: Tungsten units may incur an additional charge of $5.00 per AMP used. GARBAGE, REFUSE, PROPS: MCM CREATIVE STAGES provides 4 refuse cans. The client will be billed $25 per additional bag. All props must be taken away with you or they must be dismantled and fit into garbage bags. EFFECTS: MCM CREATIVE STAGES MUST BE INFORMED prior to using a hazer effect. No glitter, confetti, honey, liquid, sand, feathers, or alike materials are allowed in the studio unless prior approval is granted. CLEAN UP AND WRAP: The studio must be restored to the way it looked upon entry. If not, a $500 cleaning fee will be added to your final invoice. No outside lighting, No stunts, no work with flames or extremely loud music. The elevator weight load maxes out at 800lbs. Please be respectful to our neighbors.

Health and Safety Measures

We take every precaution to keep our guests and staff safe: Hand sanitizer and temperature checks are available at check-in. All available rooms (screening room, kitchen, living room, and private bathroom) are sanitized before arrival. The space is well-ventilated after each use and we do not allow back-to-back bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
