About the Space

We accommodate photo shoots and video projects with a lot of space for creativity. From outlets all over venue to and upstairs white backdrop screen to graffiti walls. We have an industrial outside scene with a underground New York style gym setup inside. Bathroom, kitchen, and office onsite as well with a lobby area. No a/c in main area.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Perfect! Everything about it was perfect. The host was very professional and helpful. Was available via phone for any questions or concerns I had. This is my first time using PeerSpace and he made a great impression. I definitely recommend and look forward to using this location again. (And the services his business offers.) Thank you, Micah! Ps. the murals on the walls are 🔥 and the quotes...can't help but be inspired!! The LED lights were awesome. The sound...like I said... everything was perfect. 5stars.
