About the Space
A 50 seats cinema fully equipped for in person presentation as well as live stream broadcast. This unique space makes it possible to make a live presentation with audio visuals and or film as well as streaming to viewers offsite. The cinema space has a top quality projector and multi HD camera streaming facility. It is ideally suited for small and medium productions seeking high quality services with economical and intelligent pricing. The space can also be used for interviews and web content recording. We provide filming, lighting and recording equipment as well as technical support. Tea and Coffee is available but no catering on site.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
