Custom-built in 1957, this unique Mid-Century Modern ranch is unlike any other home in the Philadelphia area. Most of the home’s custom features are still intact, including original light fixtures, large windows, wood paneling, and stone work inside and out. The owners have lovingly restored and furnished the home true-to-period, with a few modern touches. An open floor plan allows for easy sight lines and a very spacious feel. The house rests in the center of a private 1.5 acre lot surrounded by tall trees. It can read as 1950s - 1970s, or even contemporary, with just a few easy decor adjustments. Its unique custom furnishings, built-in cabinetry, and wall treatments have drawn filmmakers and photographers to use the site for photo shoots, music videos, and film/TV. The owners are experienced with COVID filming protocols and can connect productions to local certified crew and cleaning companies if desired. Easy access to Philadelphia (20 minutes) and New York (90 minutes). Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
