With our ample space, our home is perfect for: photoshoots, interviews and intimate dinner parties. It offers lots of natural light and beautiful decor. Our 3,500 sq ft space is located in Elizabeth NJ. Features: - A well decorated first floor inclusive of a living room, dining, kitchen (no cooking allowed) and guest bathroom. - Functional kitchen - Large windows - Lots of natural light -A Feature wall For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - Audio Equipment: $20 -Access to furnished yard space, inclusive of 2 patios - $99 per hr We are 13 minutes away by car from Newark airport and 4 mins away from the train into NY city. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
