About the Space
Looking for an intimate space, with an open concept and large backyard to host your next event? Whether it is for a birthday, game night, day party, or mini-concert (yes a mini-concert), our space offers the flexibility to host a plethora of events! With quick access to Downtown Dallas and a fenced-in area for additional privacy, this location has quickly become a hot spot for hosting.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Cooking and food preparation is allowed on-site
Guests are allowed to prep and reheat their food in the kitchen.
Serving and cooking utensils are available to use during the rental

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings

The space was great. I just didn’t like the extra camera in the living room that I was unaware of. Other than that the I liked the place.

The host communication was great, however i didn’t like extra $100 charge, i didn’t like the extra unknown cameras that i was unaware about, i didn’t like that it was trash there before i arrived and i had to clear it. I didn’t like that i had to cook in the garage and i paid for the space. Other than it was a cool place despite the rain.

Great communication!! Very nice and intimate space for a party. Host was welcoming and understanding. Thank you Jaremy for allowing me and others to enjoy this space and make our event ideas come to life. Definitely would book again!!
