Beautiful Silverlake property with 4-level outdoor space perfect for video/photo shoots. Each level has its unique furniture. The first level is a patio that adjoins the main house and studio with sofas. The second level has patio furniture, an astro turf area, and a nook. The third level has a hot tub and yellow bistro table and chairs. At the top, there is a view looking down the hillside with some lounge sofas. At night, the hillside comes alive with recently installed lighting design, which can adds a romantic and stunning feel to the space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
