- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The meeting room was as described. It was also clean, quiet, easily accessible power sockets and the seats were comfortable. The host was communicate and pleasant through Peerspace's correspondence. The Cons.... Communication with the Leasing Office was not good (borderline horrible). I was locked out of the Leasing Office and had to wait over 15min outside to reach a human w/in the Leasing Office for help. (I had arrived 20min early.) There was no response when I attempted to contact the office from entrance access pad. I had to scramble in front of my clients... outside in the heat. I called the office line only to get a automated text sent to me which was of no help. I googled every number I could find with no way of accessing the office. Finally, after attempting the 5th or 6th different communication channel I reached the office. When they opened the door they were short and indifferent. Maybe I should have received the Access Code prior and this was on me. It that's the case it wasn't clear (though I was quite busy and could have missed it). My clients were not impressed and kept asking me if I would rent here again. All that to say, decent spot for a quick meeting. Especially for the price. Make sure you come early to ensure you can gain access before other parties arrive. Also due to parking being iffy (if busy day - it's downtown Redmond). Do not expect any support from the Leasing Office. If at all possible, gain the access code before you arrive and you can avoid the entrance debacle.

We hosted our friend’s bachelorette party and they were very accommodating. It was a surprise party, and they helped set up the key pad downstairs so we could let them in the building without spilling the surprise. The place was very dim since it’s supposed to be a theater, but it suited what we wanted for the party. We were also able to make a slideshow for the bride and have it show up on the big screen! Overall great experience!!
