The Black House is a cozy baroque style room with a tufted bold couch. A modern home with bold designs. Perfect for boudoir photoshoots, music video, graduation/birthday photoshoots and much much more. Take a look at our photos. The ideas are endless. Please reach out to us with any questions. The home is a 2021 square foot home on a 2500 square foot lot. The modern house has two living rooms, dining space for 10, and very beautiful outdoor space. We also have 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and lovely en-suite Master bath that makes for great photo opportunities.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
