History of the space
This historic home was built as part of the neighborhood supporting Bibb Mill. This former duplex housed Bibb Mill workers in the 1920s and was recently remodeled for short term rentals.

This space is one block from the historic Bibb Mill, now Bibb Mill Event Center and two blocks from the river walk. The neighborhood is gentrifying, containing high-rent, low-rent, and project homes.

This home features a beautiful ballroom adorned with elegant curtains and a three-tier-chandelier. Sip mock-tails while listening to your favorite record, or provide spaces for small groups to chat and connect.
In addition to the ballroom, this home features a fully equipped kitchen, living room/library, a porch for socializing, and one bathroom.
The ballroom has a cozy lounge space to seat four, a table with seating for two. The living room/library has a loveseat for two and a desk for one. The kitchen table seats six. There are two additional chairs on the porch and two more chairs in the home that may be moved.
This space is wonderful for luncheons and small social gatherings.
