About the Space
This is an open box concept that works very well for any creative activity. Photo shoots, video production, live casts, fitness classes, small meetings, film production etc. There are numerous areas of spectacular lighting from the 48 large windows that offer a 270 degree view. We have also created recycled art for unique lighting as well.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Easily the BEST space in the entire Myrtle Beach area. This spot is incredibly versatile and very beautiful. The hospitality was even better. Very easy people to work with and they’re extremely kind.

A beautiful space. The host was super helpful and patient from start to finish ! Such a great experience.

The studio was neat and clean and plenty of light. A few simple props for use (ivy wall, flowered wall, stools, couch swings etc) The only down side was walking up to the 4th floor with your equipment. I would plan your shot carefully to bring only what you would be using to reduce the climb. Otherwise it was a great place to shoot. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the 4th floor. But having said that, I would still use the studio again for sure. Mike was very responsive and friendly. @farrellportraiture
