About the Space
Lu's Red Room is a music recording space in the heart of Beverly Grove/ West Hollywood. The space is a stylish music studio acoustically treated with premium sound isolation material and with adjustable LED mood lighting. It's a gorgeous space ideal for filming, podcast recordings, music recordings, rehearsals, screenings, music lessons and photo shoots. The space sits on a gorgeous Spanish-modern-style property with central A/C / heat to ensure the comfort of all guests and clients. Our house engineer/ producer is available upon request for an additional fee. As a rehearsal space, you will find it modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Equipment is not included in every booking - only available for major contracts. This space is a gem. We're keeping the hourly rate low since we've only just begun listing it on Peerspace, but we know it's really a special spot. We're design-minded and are constantly working on updates and improvements to the space. The furniture has been updated; we are happy to provide updated photos. Can't say enough great things about our host, Dani, and her space. We filmed a one-on-one interview for a national cable documentary series in her music studio, which is beautifully appointed, and better yet, soundproof. We will definitely book again with Dani.
