About the Space
Hazel Creek farm, is a small 5 acre farm located in Avenue Maryland. We raise chickens, rabbits, and even like to pretend cowboy on occasion and go for a ride on our Horse Jack. Located on an old logging property, hazel Creek Farm offers multiple opportunities for stunning outdoor rustic photography in the barn, barn loft and around the property. The barn is equipped with plenty of Edison plugs for filming gear and lights.

Parking description
Parking is available to the left of the main house. In front of the shed, next to the barn.
General Rules
No smoking in or near the barn or other buildings. Please park in designated areas only. No littering. The Speed limit is 10mph or less. Please Do not take any animals out of cages, or fences or feed them without asking first.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are placed around the outside our home to protect ourselves, property, and animals. They are constantly on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Majority of space being used is outside. Hand cleaning amenities are available
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
