Vintage details include Victorian era fireplace mantle, built-in cabinetry, wainscoting, pocket doors, picture/plate molding, crown molding, & baseboards. Large kitchen features pendant & recessed lighting, refreshed cabinetry, granite countertops, & stainless appliances including dishwasher & gas range. Sunny front bedroom has French doors that open to living room. Back bedrooms have ample light & plenty of closet storage. Home is equipped w/ Milgard dual pane windows, central heating, handsome new carpet in back bedrooms+stairs, & lovely tile throughout. 19th Street just a couple of blocks away! - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Not only is Sonam's place absolutely gorgeous and amazing to shoot in, but Sonam is an incredible host! She greeted us with baked banana bread and chocolates and was so easy to work with from the get-go. She is very responsive and communicated everything clearly. She was very thoughtful and told me everything that she thought I needed to know. She is also a very warm host and is so insightful to talk to.

Sonam was very friendly, communicative, and thorough. The space looked exactly like the pictures provided. And she even left my photographer and I some free snacks to eat during our photoshoot! I highly recommend her as a host!

Sonam was a great hostess! She responded fast when we texted back & forth and the space was perfect for our shoot. And she left us some snacks too! She was also very flexible in letting us use her space on a different day than what was originally scheduled due to a car accident. Definitely would come back again! Thanks!
