About the Space
Bigger, better, and even more spectacular views! Our flexible studio space can be transformed for whatever use you have in mind. Theatre rehearsals, performances, classes, fitness sessions, pop-up shops, intimate weddings, parties, photo and video shoots, fashion shows, getting the band back together, family meetings…you name it. And, with some of the most picturesque views of the Big Apple from up top, you and your guests will always be entertained. A newly renovated, ventilated, column free, private studio in the heart of the theater district/hell's kitchen for an hourly or weekly rental. The intimate studio measures 18ft x 42ft and comes equipped with a wooden dance floor, piano, mirrors, wifi, copy services, and necessary props and furniture.

One of my favorite spaces. The views are fabulous. The space is clean and flexible . Our support staff was awesome. Maya was delightful and supportive. She greeted my guests with courtesy and respect and helped me with a much needed power cord. The doorman now knows me and asks about my shows! We belong here. Great place.

Wonderful experience! Host kind and very helpful. Space was clean, including clean restrooms!. We were able to open windows for ventilation, while host adjusted temperature. Great view. Will definitely book again.

I rented this venue for a social dancing event. Every aspect of the booking was handled perfectly. Colette answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone from our group really enjoyed the venue, especially the views. Courtney went above and beyond on the day of the event to help us in so many ways. He found couple of really nice rope lights for us and also helped us set them up to create the perfect ambiance. Things to consider if you are renting this space specifically for a dance event after sunset: 1. The venue does not have any installed sound so you might need to plan to bring your own. They do have couple of portable speakers available. However, those will only work for a small group. 2. There is one switch for an array of very bright fluorescent lights in the room. There is no dimmer. You might need to plan your own lighting.
