About the Space
Soaring ceilings in a gorgeous music room/flex space. It has been used for music videos, documentary interviews, photo shoots and dinner parties. We also offer over 4 acres of beautiful wooded lot for outdoor parties, filming and tented events. The property has a lovely garden and a creek running through it.

General Rules
Please respect the space and leave it how you found it. Renters are responsible for any and all damages.
Please be prepared for a final walk-through at the end of your shoot. All crews should wrap with enough time to clean and vacate their equipment by their designated end-time, otherwise overtime will be charged.
Please arrive at your allotted start time. No early admittance.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaning company is hired prior to each booking for cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
