• No outside street shoes are allowed in any of the studios.
• No furniture or large props without felt covering or wheels to protect the floor are
allowed in the studios at anytime.
• “Renter” may bring any equipment necessary for conducting his/her class or
workshop, with the exception of heavy props and equipment that could damage
marley flooring. “Renter’s” equipment may not be stored at Joy Performing Arts.
• No food/drink, besides water, is allowed in the studio at any time.
• A JPA staff member must be on premises for the duration rental time.
• “Renter” is solely responsible for the actions of his/her students and guests at all
times.
• Nothing can be affixed to the walls, fixtures, floors, or furnishings of JPA.
• Animals, with the exception of properly labeled service animals, are not permitted in
JPA.
• “Renter” is responsible for general clean-up and proper disposal of all items they
bring to the premises at JPA. Large or unreasonable messes, as determined by JPA,
left uncleaned may result in additional cleaning fees.
