This premier entertainment location was designed with you in mind. Yes YOU, the content creator, the musician, the photographer, the event planner, the vlogger, the realtor, the chef, the actress, the entrepreneur! The one who needs a clean & modern space that services all creative needs in one SPOT! Over 1800 sq with amazing decor. There’s very little for our guest to do. The Spot has it all. Rental includes use of 60 white folding chairs and 8 6ft. rectangular tables if needed. Kitchen does not have a stove.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
