This premier entertainment location was designed with you in mind. Yes YOU, the content creator, the musician, the photographer, the event planner, the vlogger, the realtor, the chef, the actress, the entrepreneur! The one who needs a clean & modern space that services all creative needs in one SPOT! Over 1800 sq with amazing decor. There’s very little for our guest to do. The Spot has it all. Rental includes use of 60 white folding chairs and 8 6ft. rectangular tables if needed. Kitchen does not have a stove.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The hosts were very responsive over the time of planning and we’re amenable to me and my vendors going to see the space before my event. Tables and chairs were provided and in good condition. It is a well decorated space that good for many uses.

Hosted my 40th Bday party here. Loved the space and location. It was very easy to unlock and lock the doors. Only thing I would suggest is having a broom and mop on hand. Other than that, the space was beautiful and spacious. I also incorporated some of the decor/furniture that was already there into my theme. Loved this space and lots of parking.

The space is beyond beautiful 😍, pictures does not do it justice. My favorite part of the space was the bathroom super duper cute. Everything was clean and organized. The space smelled so good when you walked in. You barely have to bring your own decor because the space itself is gorgeous. Very spacious. Thanks for supplying everything needed (broom, chairs, tables, lotion, soap) etc. I will be booking again for future events and all my guest will as well.
