About the Space
1100 square feet midcentury modern A Frame cabin with high ceilings in Big Bear Lake, CA. Large backyard with pine trees. Cabin is furnished with iconic midcentury furnishings including, Herman Miller, Nakashima, Noguchi, Eileen Gray and George Nelson. Cabin includes small bedroom with queen size bed and loft with two twin beds.

General Rules
• Filming and photo shoots only, permit is required
• 6 people total/ 2 cars only parking in driveway
• Certificate of Insurance required
• No nail, painting or other alterations unless approved by Owner
• Please be respectful of neighbors
• No smoking inside or outside of the home.
• Moving and putting back of furniture is possible.
• No stainable products to be used on site.
• No pets
• No loud music or loud talking
• All rentals include set up and clean up time - otherwise overtime will be charged at 1 1/2 times of hourly rate.
• Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking. No trash shall be left in owner's trashcans or outdoors. If trash is not taken out, there will be a $250 penalty.
• Any damage to the property during the rental period is the responsibility of the production
• No onsite manager

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
